He worked together as a multidisciplinary team with nurses and volunteers.

He gained exposure to more equipment and its usage (Sara Stedy, platform rollator, Quasar med treadmill) and conducted rehabilitation exercises.

Circuit Training Morning video warm-up exercises, Shuttle MiniPress, shoulder/chest press, and gym exercises.

OT Group Therapy Shoulder arc, sewing, ball pass, mix and match puzzles, singing, baking, cat therapy, and outdoor picnic activities.

1 to 1 Assisted Active/Passive Range of Motion (AAROM/PROM), sit-to-stand (STS), and distance walk test exercises.

He also observed how PT and OT conducted Caregiver Training (CGT) for the resident's helper.

Attached to the hybrid Community Treatment Facility (CTF), which housed tier 1 non-vulnerable and tier 2 vulnerable Persons under Isolation Order (PUIO). Prior to the exit of the acute phase of the pandemic, the CTF was converted to a Transitional Care Facility (TCF), housing residents.

Daily routine included ensuring adherence to infection control protocols by internal and external stakeholders, monitoring the daily well-being of PUIOs/residents, and maintaining the cubicle wards/PPVC rooms.

Responsibilities encompassed receiving PUIOs/residents during admission and managing their departures for discharge, Home Recovery Programme participation, medical appointments, dialysis sessions, 993/995 emergencies, and home leave.

Liaising with the managing agent, medical service provider, and housekeeping on daily operations.

As part of the Security Branch’s Organizing Party for major SCDF Exercises such as Exercise BOCA, Exercise CARINA, and Exercise RAMBO, they were involved in training and preparing the branch’s yearly red teaming and audit. HIs determination to oversee the details of these events ensured their smooth execution.

Participated in the annual National Day Parade Marching Contingent and SCDF Parade Flag Party in 2018.
